Cheesy Cheddar Biscuits

½ cup + 1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sugar

3 cups flour

1 ⅓ cups buttermilk

½ cup Cheddar, grated


Preheat your Air Fryer to 380 F. Lay a parchment paper on a baking plate. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, ½ cup butter, cheese and buttermilk to form a batter. Make 8 balls from the batter and roll in flour.

Place the balls in your air fryer’s cooking basket and flatten into biscuit shapes. Sprinkle cheese and the remaining butter on top. Cook for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Serve warm.
