Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

A spaghetti casserole called Million Dollar Spaghetti has layers of noodles, cheese, and homemade beef sauce. It’s inexpensive, simple to prepare, and a supper the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (8 ounces) of spaghetti
  • 1 pound of lean beef
  • spaghetti sauce, one (16-ounce) jar.
  • 1/2 cup split and sliced butter
  • 1 jar (8 ounces) of cottage cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8-ounce box of sharply shredded paper Cheese, cheddar

How To Make:

1. The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Large saucepan of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil. Spaghetti should be cooked in boiling water for 12 minutes or until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain.
3. A big skillet should be heated at medium-high. Cook and stir the beef in the hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is browned and crumbly; drain and discard fat. After transferring, stir in spaghetti sauce.

4. A 9 x 13-inch casserole dish should have 1/2 of the butter slices in the bottom. Overlay half of the spaghetti in the bowl.

5. Spread the combined mixture over the spaghetti after combining the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream in a bowl. The remaining spaghetti should be placed on top, then the remaining butter slices.
6. Spread an even coating of spaghetti with the ground meat mixture.
7. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cheddar cheese should be spread on top, and baking should continue for another 15 minutes or more, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
